About the Role

To help us build cloud-based solution systems that improve the customer experience, we’re looking for a DevOps Engineer responsible for deploying product updates within the Azure environment, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet our customers’ needs.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software engineering and be familiar with Kubernetes and Docker within MS Azure, working closely with developers and engineers to ensure software development follows established processes and functions as intended.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and implement new development tools and infrastructure.
• Automate and improve development and release processes.
• Test and examine code written by others; analyze results.
• Ensure systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.
• Identify technical problems and develop software updates and fixes.
• Collaborate with software developers to ensure development follows processes.
• Participate in project planning and decision-making.
• Guide teams in designing, building, testing, and deploying software changes.
• Identify and automate manual processes.
• Maintain and improve Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Implement integrations requested by the development team.
• Deploy updates and fixes.
• Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems.
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Develop scripts to automate visualizations.
• Provide Level 2 technical support.

Your Profile

• 8+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience administering microservices components from integration to production.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Kong.
• Proficient with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum, Agile@Scale).
• Fluent in English; skilled in writing functional specifications.
• Strong project execution experience.
• Demonstrates curiosity and continuous learning.
• Shows entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to grow.
• Takes ownership and responsibility; cost-conscious.
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Git workflows.
• Collaborative team player.
