Job Summary
Schneider Electric is hiring a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join their engineering team. You will be responsible for automating and streamlining operations, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
• Manage AWS infrastructure with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and restore mechanisms.
• Use Docker and Kubernetes for application containerization and orchestration.
• Set up monitoring and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace.
• Automate workflows using Bash, Shell, Python.
• Deploy and manage applications on Windows/Linux environments.
• Work with GitOps, ArgoCD for continuous delivery.
• Troubleshoot Linux systems and ensure operational efficiency.
• Implement networking and security standards.
• Maintain detailed infrastructure documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering.
• Expertise in Terraform and AWS services.
• Strong skills in scripting (Bash, Shell, Python).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Linux systems.
• Hands-on with monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace.
• Database knowledge: SQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, networking, security best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certifications.
• CKA/CKAD certification.
• Experience with Ansible, Puppet, Chef.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
