Role Overview: Associate Solution Support Engineer

SAP is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Solution Support Engineer to join our Customer Service and Support team. As part of this role, you will provide support for SAP Ariba products and solutions, focusing on resolving complex software issues related to procurement processes, while ensuring a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely resolution for complex software issues related to SAP Ariba products.
• Maintain a focus on customer service and communication to ensure a high-quality user experience.
• Interface with third-party vendors and internal teams to drive issues to resolution.
• Support cloud technologies and lifecycle management in a technical environment.
• Gain expertise in SAP Ariba solutions and integration topics.
• Provide on-call support during weekends as required by a rotational schedule.

What You Bring

• Education:
  B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech from a reputed university with strong academic credentials.
• Experience:
  0-3 years of experience in technical support or relevant field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming methodologies.
  • Familiarity with SAP Ariba Procurement, Ariba SLP, and Ariba Integration flows is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and lifecycle management.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively.
