Job Description

At SAP, we focus on collaboration and innovation to help the world run better. Join our BTP Delivery@Scale global offshore team to support SAP Adoption Services and help customers maximize their SAP solutions.

What You'll Do

• Learn and apply SAP BTP services including CAP, SAPUI5, SAP Fiori, ABAP, integration, Data Management, Cybersecurity, AI & Data Science.
• Assist in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native applications with SAP BTP tools and frameworks.
• Support senior consultants and project teams in solution development, configuration, and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Engage in continuous learning through hands-on experience, mentorship, and formal training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, architects, and clients.

What You Bring: Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech/MTech) preferably in Computer Science, IT, Electricals, Electronics, or Instrumentation.
• 0 to 1 year of software development experience.
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
• Strong fundamentals in OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, REST APIs, and web development (a plus).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn continuously.
• Flexibility and adaptability to feedback and new challenges.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to SAP systems or academic SAP programs.
• Understanding of database concepts (SQL, HANA).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
