Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and enter corporate transaction data such as M&A, placements, offerings, and buybacks.
• Extract information from press releases, stock exchanges, company websites, and regulatory filings.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
• Work on LEAN/automation projects for process improvement.
• Meet individual and team targets with a focus on quality.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and provide support to the team.
• Suggest new collection methods and product enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: Candidates from a finance-related field.
• Experience: Freshers to 6 months of experience.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Fluent communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in rotational shifts (Morning, Evening & Night).
