Job Description

  • Responsible for enterprise system maintenance and support including design assistance, implementation, device selection, and technical services.
  • Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of system/device issues to identify potential problems.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and manage technical relationships for future IT growth.
  • Provide technical assistance on back-end management systems and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Test and evaluate hardware/software for compatibility with internal applications.
  • Coordinate deployment of firmware and driver upgrades.
  • Act as System SME and work closely with IT engineers and power users to coordinate enterprise solutions.
  • Assist with Move, Add, Change, Delete (MACD) processes for devices as required.

Education / Certifications

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Technical / Soft Skills

  • Preferred: 1–3 years' experience with Microsoft Server and Active Directory technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage concurrent projects.

Experience

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (Preferred).

Leadership Skills

  • Ability to work independently with ICS L3 technical peers.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to drive issues to closure.
  • Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to collaborate with business, operational, and IT stakeholders.
