About the Role
Reputation is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer I with a DevOps focus to design, maintain, and scale reliable infrastructure. The role demands strong experience in cloud automation, CI/CD, monitoring, and proactive incident handling. You’ll work in a dynamic environment alongside engineering and support teams to ensure platform stability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, deployment, monitoring, and incident response of production services.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, etc.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD.
• Troubleshoot across application, infrastructure, and network layers.
• Collaborate with customer support and engineering teams on issue resolution.
• Design and monitor dashboards using Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on GCP or AWS.
• Participate in on-call rotations and shift-based support as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech) or MCA.
• 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or related roles.
• Strong scripting skills: Python, Bash, or Shell.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools: Terraform, Helm, Ansible.
• Experience with monitoring/log aggregation: Datadog, ELK, Sumo Logic.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes (GKE/EKS), service mesh (Istio), and CI/CD tools.

Preferred Skills

• NoSQL database exposure (MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
• Security best practices in DevOps.
• Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills.
