Redis is seeking L1 Cloud Operations Engineers to join our first-line cloud operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers and early professionals looking to build a career in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

As part of a 24/7 global cloud operations team, you will help ensure the health, availability, and stability of Redis Enterprise Cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Redis clusters and respond to alerts in real time.
• Perform basic remediation tasks (failovers, memory checks, routine optimizations).
• Follow runbooks and escalation procedures with accuracy.
• Collaborate with global teams to maintain 24/7 cloud infrastructure coverage.
• Communicate updates clearly during incidents.
• Escalate complex issues to senior CloudOps engineers.
• Support documentation and process improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in technical support, NOC, or cloud operations.
• Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP and Linux fundamentals.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, alerting systems, and incident workflows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in shifts.
• Calm under pressure, disciplined, and eager to learn.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Redis, databases, or distributed systems.
