Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot at scale: Handle technical escalations and resolve complex production issues.
  • System Reliability: Improve system stability using automation tools, scripts, and runbooks.
  • Incident Response: Collaborate with engineering teams to lead problem resolution and root cause analysis.
  • 24/7 Coverage: Participate in global on-call rotation and provide incident support.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years in SRE/CloudOps/Infrastructure roles.
  • Cloud Experience: 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Linux/Unix Systems: Strong hands-on experience.
  • Networking: Deep knowledge of TCP/IP and cloud networking.
  • Monitoring Tools: Experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk.
  • Scripting: Proficient in Bash and Python (C# is a plus).
  • Version Control: Experience with Git, GitLab, or SVN.
  • Containerization: Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible.
  • Real-Time Debugging: Experience debugging real-time production systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • FedRAMP certification.
  • Redis or NoSQL databases experience.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Familiar with Terraform, Pulumi.
  • Certifications: Azure/Linux certifications.
  • Experience working with large-scale distributed systems.
