Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Telecom Network Engineer (L1 NOC – IP) to join our team in Delhi. This role demands strong expertise in IP and MPLS-based network troubleshooting within telecom or service provider environments.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a background in ISP and enterprise-grade telecom infrastructure. Candidates must have hands-on experience with major routing technologies and protocols, and be capable of working in a dynamic Network Operations Center (NOC) environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot customer IP and MPLS networks in a 24x7 NOC setup
  • Work with routers and switches (Cisco, Juniper)
  • Configure and manage routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP
  • Provide support for MPLS VPNs, Internet Leased Lines (ILL), and IP access services
  • Manage events and faults across telecom infrastructure
  • Engage in IP network event/fault management and reporting
  • Interact with LM (Last Mile) teams for wired and wireless access issues
  • Contribute to FTTX and enterprise network deployment projects

Required Skills & Certifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in NOC or telecom IP networking
  • Solid understanding of IP/MPLS architecture
  • Proficiency in Cisco and Juniper networking devices
  • CCNA or JNCIA certification is mandatory
  • Knowledge of internet peering, FTTX, and enterprise deployments is a plus
