Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 CTC per month

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer with 1.6 years of documented experience to join a dynamic on-site IT support team in Mumbai (Lower Parel). The candidate should have hands-on experience in providing Level 1/2 technical support, resolving Windows OS issues, and managing Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1/2 IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues including BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) and system crashes
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook, Office365, and other enterprise software
- Perform software installations, OS upgrades, and driver updates
- Manage user accounts, profiles, and permissions
- Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners
- Provide remote support for off-site users
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware issues and escalate unresolved problems
