Job Overview

As a Cloud SRE, you will support and optimize critical cloud infrastructure and applications for high availability, scalability, and performance. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining cloud-native environments, handling production support, and continuously improving monitoring and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Linux-based cloud systems: Ubuntu, RedHat, CentOS
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot on Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Manage and maintain Kubernetes (mandatory) and Docker environments
• Handle L2 production support, JIRA Service Desk tickets, and RCA documentation
• Automate tasks and deployments using Jenkins, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
• Write and manage scripts using Python, Bash, Ansible
• Monitor and support 24x7 Cloud Operations environments
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
• Track and handle Incidents, Service Requests, and Change Requests

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Linux/Cloud administration and support
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud-native architectures
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitOps, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong scripting knowledge: Python, Shell, Ansible
• Familiarity with handling production environments, root cause analysis, and proactive monitoring
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech)

Nice to Have

• Certified in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD)
• Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud architectures
• Prior telecom/cloud platform support experience
