Role Overview:
As an AES SAP BASIS Associate Operate at PwC, you will work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on managing and evolving SAP application portfolios. Your responsibilities will include SAP system administration, monitoring, performance tuning, and supporting SAP infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and administration of SAP systems
• Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and troubleshoot issues
• Execute Kernel updates, Support Pack stack upgrades, system refreshes, and client copies
• Manage HANA database administration including patching and upgrades
• Provide operations support: printer administration, transport administration, SAP front end troubleshooting
• Apply OSS notes, configure RFC connections, and manage SLT replication
• Configure and maintain Solution Manager technical monitoring and alerts
• Work in UNIX/Linux and Windows OS environments
• Collaborate across teams and clients for delivery of high-quality services

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and BOBJ/Data Services
• ITIL Certification
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within client teams
