Job Summary:

As part of the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team at PwC, you will help clients enhance their financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting using Oracle technologies. You will deliver consulting services, implement business solutions, and enable clients to improve their financial and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Oracle EPM solutions (EPBCS/PBCS, Essbase).
• Design and develop data forms, business rules, task lists, workflow, and calculation scripts.
• Develop reports using Smartview and Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio.
• Optimize performance of Oracle EPM applications.
• Integrate applications using Data Management.
• Collaborate directly with domestic clients.
• Utilize tools such as EPM Automate and Planning Modules (BSO, ASO).

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Suite
• Report development in Smartview and Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio
• Knowledge of Data Management, EPM Automate, and Planning design components
• Minimum 1 domestic client-facing implementation
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle Enterprise Manager Ops Center
• Business process analysis
• Budget creation, cost management, KPI analysis
• Emotional intelligence, creativity, and adaptability

---

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, or MCA
• Experience: 4 to 8 years in Oracle EPM implementation/support
