Job Description – High-Salary SRE Role at Pitney Bowes

Pitney Bowes is hiring Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) with advanced expertise in Microsoft Intune, Citrix, SCCM, JAMF, and cloud monitoring tools. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in a high-impact, enterprise-scale desktop and mobile management environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Autopilot Pre-Provisioning and provide L2 support for device enrollment.
• Oversee Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies: compliance, restrictions, and security configs.
• Perform OS patch deployment and vulnerability remediation via Intune, SCCM, Qualys.
• Create and deploy software using Intune, SCCM, JAMF Pro.
• Manage Citrix VDI, including MCS, CVAD, WEM environments.
• Lead observability initiatives using Grafana, Splunk, and synthetic monitoring tools.
• Automate routine IT fixes and configurations using PowerShell or Python.
• Collaborate with SRE/DevOps teams on service lifecycle improvement and monitoring automation.
• Improve employee onboarding through efficient VDI provisioning and asset readiness.

Must-Have Skills

• Experience in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Azure AD, Active Directory.
• Mobile Device Management (iOS/Android), OS hardening, hybrid cloud experience.
• Deep hands-on with Citrix CVAD, Citrix MCS, Citrix Cloud.
• Knowledge of CrowdStrike, Zscaler, and Zero Trust Architecture.
• Experience with DevOps tools: Ansible, Git, Grafana.
• Strong scripting in PowerShell (Python a bonus).
• Familiar with Agile practices, strong communication & problem-solving skills.
