About the Role
Philips is seeking a Cloud Engineer – Linux to design and develop scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-based infrastructure and solutions. This role demands a strong understanding of AWS, Linux systems, and DevOps practices to build impactful technology in the healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native infrastructure and services (AWS-based)
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC)
- Automate systems and services using industry tools
- Ensure compliance with ISMS/QMS and implement security best practices
- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Troubleshoot performance, security, and operational issues
- Maintain detailed system documentation
- Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into cloud implementations
You’re the Right Fit If You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- 10–12 years of experience, with deep expertise in AWS and Linux
- Experience with BizDevSecOps cloud solutions
- Familiarity with healthcare imaging technologies and standards like DICOM, HL7, FHIR (preferred)
- Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery models
- Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
Work Environment
- Office-based role with a hybrid policy (minimum 3 days onsite per week)
- Cross-functional collaboration and continuous learning encouraged
