Role Overview

As a DevOps Engineer at Particle41, you will streamline software development and IT operations through automation, cloud infrastructure management, and CI/CD integration. You’ll collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure reliability, performance, and security in cloud-based deployments.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with devs and stakeholders to gather project requirements
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Document systems, processes, and configurations

✅ Automation & Tooling

• Implement automation for software build and deployment
• Select tools and technologies to optimize pipelines

✅ Infrastructure Management

• Manage infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP
• Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Pulumi, etc.
• Set up and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines

✅ Monitoring & Performance

• Deploy monitoring solutions
• Address performance, reliability, and scalability issues proactively

✅ Security & Compliance

• Implement security best practices including vulnerability scans and access control
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

✅ Troubleshooting & Support

• Support development teams with build/deploy issues
• Participate in on-call rotation for incident response

Required Skills

• Strong scripting skills: Python, Bash, or Ruby
• Experience with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
• Docker, Kubernetes proficiency
• Git-based version control systems
• Solid grasp of CI/CD methodologies and DevOps lifecycle
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and team collaboration skills

• AWS: DevOps Engineer Pro, Solutions Architect, SysOps, Developer Associate
