Role Overview:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and ensure the stability, scalability, and security of our systems. You’ll work in a hybrid setup—2 days in-office and 3 days remote—collaborating closely with development and operations teams to enhance our delivery processes and technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Automate infrastructure management and application deployment using industry best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to eliminate delivery bottlenecks.
• Monitor systems and troubleshoot performance issues to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Enforce security best practices across all DevOps processes.
• Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve workflows.
• Document configurations, procedures, and operational guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a DevOps or similar engineering role.
• Degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Understanding of networking, system administration, and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to DevOps security practices.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive learning attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup.
