Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Cloud Support Engineer Intern to join our dynamic IT team.
This role offers exposure to Windows Server management, cloud migration, Office 365 administration, and network support, while serving clients primarily in the US, UK, and Canada.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide remote technical support in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2019/2022) — including installation, configuration, patching, and performance tuning.
• Provide remote cloud support for US-based clients, troubleshooting issues related to server infrastructure, Office 365, networking, and RDP environments.
• Assist with cloud migrations of business applications and infrastructure with minimal downtime.
• Configure and manage Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Implement and troubleshoot VPN, VLAN, firewall, and TCP/IP network configurations.
• Administer Active Directory (AD) — user/group management, DNS setup, and GPO configuration.
• Configure and secure Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) access for clients.
• Support printer and device setup across multi-network environments.
• Collaborate with global cloud and security experts to enhance system reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent discipline.
• Basic experience in Cloud Support or IT Administration preferred.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, and Office 365 administration.
• Knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, DNS).
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills for remote client interactions.
• Familiarity with VDI, cybersecurity, and backup systems is a plus.
• Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or CompTIA Network+ are advantageous.
