Job Description

We are seeking a Cloud Support Engineer Intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of cloud migrations, Windows Server management (2016/2019/2022), Office 365 administration, printer setup, networking, Active Directory (AD) management, remote support, and RDP configurations.

This role requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional support to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2019/2022) including installation, configuration, patch management, and performance tuning.
• Deliver remote support services to clients in the US market for cloud services, server infrastructure, networking, and productivity software.
• Handle end-to-end migration of applications and infrastructure to the cloud.
• Provide support for Office 365 including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other services.
• Configure and troubleshoot printer setups across various network environments.
• Implement and troubleshoot networking solutions including VPN, VLAN, firewall configurations, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Administer Active Directory environments including user/group management, GPO deployment, and DNS configuration.
• Configure and optimize Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) for secure remote access.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience in cloud support and administration (added advantage).
• Strong proficiency in Office 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams).
• Solid understanding of Windows Server operating systems (2019/2022) and Active Directory management.
• Experience with printer setup and troubleshooting in network environments.
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Ability to provide effective remote support with strong problem-solving skills.
• Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or similar are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
