Job Description
As a Networking Managed Services Engineer (L1), you will play a key role in maintaining IT infrastructure for clients. You will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems to ensure zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions. The role involves providing first-line support for low complexity incidents and contributing to project work as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide proactive network support and incident management
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and prepare performance reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and application access issues
• Ensure compliance with SLA conditions and manage incident resolution
• Generate monthly uptime and bandwidth utilization reports
• Contribute to troubleshooting and debugging activities
• Assist in client network project work as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in routing & switching
• Strong understanding of incident management and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools
• Experience with CCNA or equivalent certification
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
