Your Day at NTT DATA

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in designing and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and maintaining consistent, scalable deployments using modern automation tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS services (CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodePipeline) or tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions
• Define and manage infrastructure using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
• Utilize configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet) for system consistency
• Provision AWS resources such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, IAM
• Integrate security best practices in all CI/CD and cloud operations
• Create documentation, runbooks, and internal knowledge bases

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, etc.)
• Hands-on knowledge of Terraform (preferred) and CloudFormation
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Experience with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
• Understanding of IAM policies, encryption, and security practices

Preferred Certifications:

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (Nice to have)
• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate (Nice to have)
