Role Overview
Notified is hiring an Associate Systems Administrator to join the Application Management Group (DevOps / Cloud Reliability). This role focuses on 24/7 application monitoring, cloud infrastructure reliability, observability, and production support, ensuring high availability and performance of enterprise systems.

You will work closely with Developers, QA, Product Managers, and Cloud Operations teams, gaining hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Application Support.

Key Responsibilities

• 24/7 monitoring and troubleshooting of application and infrastructure issues
• Incident tracking, resolution, and root cause analysis
• Work in a 3-shift support model (6am–3pm, 1pm–10pm, 9pm–6am IST)
• Maintain and enhance observability, monitoring, and alerting systems
• Support application releases and cloud infrastructure build-outs
• Manage support, monitoring, and observability toolsets
• Act as a liaison between Engineering, QA, Product, and Business teams
• Create and maintain runbooks, knowledge bases, and operational documentation
• Automate operational tasks using Python, Terraform, PowerShell
• Track and report system reliability and performance metrics

Eligibility & Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Freshers encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of Linux, Cloud Infrastructure, and Application Support
• Exposure to DevOps concepts, monitoring tools, and automation is a plus
• Industry-relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
