Role Overview
As an Engineer Applications Support (DevOps), you will design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and efficient CI/CD pipelines and deployment environments. This is a high-impact DevOps role collaborating across IT, QA, and development teams to ensure high-performance application delivery and system reliability.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
- Automate testing, deployment, and monitoring workflows
- Integrate monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams
- Tune application environments for optimal performance
- Write documentation for deployment processes, CI/CD, and operational guides
- Stay up to date with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and DevOps best practices
Must-Have Skills
- Proficiency in Git & Azure Repos
- Strong experience in CI/CD (Azure Pipelines)
- Expertise in Bash / PowerShell scripting
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AKS
- Understanding of IP Networking, DNS, IAM, Secrets Management
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Log Analytics
- Solid knowledge of secure DevOps practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Software, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in a DevOps/SRE or Application Support role
- International experience or collaboration with European teams is a plus
- Experience in renewable energy sector is a bonus
