About the Job:

As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at NielsenIQ, you will collaborate with global SRE and DevOps teams, Product Owners, and Development teams to achieve critical business goals. NielsenIQ operates agile technology hubs in Europe, Colombia, and India.

Responsibilities:

• Manage deployments to Non-Production and Production environments.
• Configure and maintain Azure subscriptions, assets, and access structures.
• Design, maintain, and automate deployment tools and systems.
• Ensure service availability within defined SLA targets.
• Provision and manage Azure-hosted virtual servers.
• Script Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automate deployment processes.
• Support production releases and maintain continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for production system health.

Qualifications:

• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Powershell, Ruby, Python).
• Proven experience with infrastructure design and delivery.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, PAAS, IAAS, and virtual networking.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, DFSR, Group Policy.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Server (2012 R2, 2016, 2019) and Linux server technologies.
• Experience managing high-availability, production-facing environments.
• Excellent English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
