Job Description:
As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you’ll be part of a 24/7 operations team, ensuring smooth infrastructure deployment and application performance. Ideal for candidates with knowledge in cloud platforms, IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage IT infrastructure including networking, OS, and Active Directory
• Configure and manage IIS or Apache Tomcat
• Work on AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
• Manage SSL certificates
• Perform SQL database management
• Script using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or .NET
• Use monitoring tools like Grafana, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Site24x7, or NewRelic
• Assist in CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance
• Handle automation tools like UiPath, RabbitMQ, Tibco, ActiveBatch
• Collaborate with development teams for smooth application deployment
• Follow ITIL best practices and maintain documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2–3 years experience in DevOps or similar roles
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Hands-on experience with scripting, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and configuration management
• Familiar with ITIL framework and knowledge-sharing practices
• Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills
• Willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
