Job Description
Join us as a Site Reliability Engineer and help ensure stability, resilience, and reliability across applications that support customer and colleague journeys. This role is part of our mission to deliver excellent digital services with minimal disruption.
We offer a supportive and growth-oriented environment. This position is at Associate Vice President level and will be based in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reliable, resilient, and secure production applications.
- Identify and automate manual processes.
- Implement observability and monitoring tools.
- Support production with on-call responsibilities and incident management.
- Lead efforts to improve production release quality.
- Evaluate end-to-end resilience and address weaknesses.
- Reduce hand-offs during incident resolution.
Required Skills
- Minimum 8 years experience in production governance and change management.
- Strong background in supporting live production environments.
- Proficiency in AWS, Git, GitLab, Terraform, Grafana.
- Working knowledge of Java and Microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Security standards.
- Experience in deployment automation and observability tools.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
