Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize software engineering processes, focusing on scalability, automation, and performance

Required Skills & Experience:

• Solid foundation in software engineering, design, and architecture
• Experience with AWS Connect and cloud-based development
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages or low-code platforms
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, Agile methodology, testing, and associated tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills
• Familiarity with programming best practices for scalability, virtualization, and optimization
