Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and project KPIs
• Implement development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
• Plan team structure, activities, and project management involvement
• Manage stakeholders and external interfaces
• Set up tools and required infrastructure
• Define and manage development, testing, release, and support processes
• Review, verify, and validate project software code
• Troubleshoot and fix code bugs
• Monitor processes and improve efficiency throughout the lifecycle
• Encourage and build automated processes wherever possible
