Job Location: Bangalore, Baroda (24/7 rotational shifts)
Skills Required:
- IT Infrastructure monitoring (Logic Monitor, Nagios, New Relic)
- Windows Server Administration (2008R2, 2012, 2016)
- Microsoft Office 365, Backup Technologies (Veeam, Zerto)
- Hypervisor (VMWare vSphere 6/6.5/6.7)
- Networking (Cisco, FortiGate, Meraki)
- Cloud Services (Azure, AWS)
- Citrix (XenApp, NetScaler)
- ITIL process knowledge
- Endpoint Protection (Sophos, Kaspersky)
- Microsoft SQL Server (2008, 2014, 2016)
- Storage & SAN devices (Dell, QNAP, HP)
- Remote Server Management (Kaseya, RDP, VNC)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor IT infrastructure and resolve alerts
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software/hardware issues
- Incident management based on ITIL processes
- Backup administration and troubleshooting
- Active Directory account administration
- Windows server patching and troubleshooting
- Email spam management and firewall administration
- 24/7 operations with rotational shifts, including public holidays (comp off provided)
