Role Overview

The Premium Processing Junior Technician (PP) supports the daily operations of the Premium Processing Team.
The role involves ensuring accurate and timely completion of insurance processing tasks to meet client SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned premium processing activities accurately and on time.
• Escalate complex issues or queries to Senior Technicians for resolution.
• Participate actively in training, feedback, and development programs.

• Support the team’s operational excellence by maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
• Deliver performance in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
