Job Description
Mphasis is hiring Junior Trainees for its Premium Processing (PP) Insurance Operations team in Pune through its UK insurance operational delivery arm, Mrald. This role supports the delivery of high-quality processing services for global insurance operations. Ideal for graduates looking for entry-level jobs in insurance operations, this position offers career growth, training, and hybrid flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform insurance premium processing tasks with accuracy and within SLA timelines
- Escalate unclear or incomplete cases to Senior Technicians
- Support team KPIs and SLA delivery
- Follow company compliance and audit protocols
- Complete assigned training and compliance modules
- Participate in feedback and development sessions
Required Skills
- Graduate in any stream
- Awareness of the insurance domain and business relevance
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong desire to learn and grow
