Job Overview:
We are looking for a Support Developer to join our Bangalore team. You will play a crucial role in providing technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring smooth system operations for our retail clients. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals eager to work with a global product and DevOps teams in the retail tech space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional technical support to global customers
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software bugs and defects
  • Work closely with the development team to fix root cause issues
  • Maintain detailed documentation such as user guides, incident reports, and knowledge base articles
  • Monitor application performance and proactively prevent service disruptions
  • Identify recurring issues and implement long-term fixes
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes and support trend analysis

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a technical support or related software role
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
  • Familiar with DevOps practices and deployment tools
  • Good knowledge of Jira or similar issue tracking platforms
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with asset management tools (preferred)
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
