Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer to drive the scalability, reliability, and security of our cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for platform automation, cloud migration, performance optimization, and incident management, while ensuring security compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure for high-volume platforms with 99.9999% uptime and strict latency requirements
• Own and operate infrastructure in Azure across multiple environments (Dev, Staging, Production, DR)
• Lead cloud-to-cloud migrations (Azure → GCP)
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, versioned deployments, and environment isolation
• Migrate workloads from VM/VMSS to Kubernetes (AKS) with minimal disruption
• Set up observability stacks: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Datadog, Sentry
• Monitor and resolve Azure alerts with rapid incident response
• Plan and execute infrastructure patching and maintenance
• Support secure access to Azure VMs, containers, and cloud databases for engineering teams
• Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies
• Monitor and tune databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Optimize infrastructure costs and track budgets
• Maintain cloud security and compliance policies
• Manage Cloudflare for DNS, CDN, WAF, and edge security
• Configure Azure Traffic Manager for global traffic routing and failover
• Handle Kubernetes internals (pods, replica sets, ingress controllers, autoscaling)
• Implement caching strategies (Redis) and indexing with Elasticsearch

• Strong Azure expertise: VMs, VMSS, AKS, Application Gateway, Load Balancer, NSGs, Blob Storage, Azure Backup
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates)
• Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
• Observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Azure Monitor
• CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins
• Database performance tuning and query optimization
• Scripting: Bash, Python, PowerShell
• Cloudflare management (DNS, CDN, WAF)
• Azure Traffic Manager & Application Gateway configuration
