Job Role: Junior QA and Tech Support Engineer
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Batch: Any
Experience: 0-2 years
Salary: As per company standards
Job Location: Navi Mumbai, India (On-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional and non-functional testing
- Design, develop, and maintain test cases and test scripts
- Identify and track defects using bug-tracking tools
- Perform regression testing to ensure software stability
- Diagnose and resolve user-reported issues
- Maintain technical documentation and user manuals
- Communicate effectively with clients for technical support
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Familiarity with software testing techniques and bug tracking tools
- Basic knowledge of software troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Knowledge of test case design and execution (preferred)
- Basic understanding of coding/scripting (Java, Python – a plus)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with testing tools (Selenium, JIRA)
- Experience in technical support (SaaS/software environment)
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks
