Lean, Agile & DevOps Excellence
- Master lean and agile methods, security (SecByD), and state-of-the-art DevOps practices.
Functional & Technical Specifications
- Analyze business needs and translate into clear functional and technical specs.
- Adapt specifications continuously for alignment with evolving business requirements.
Software Development & Maintenance
- Write clean, efficient code with peer programming and reviews.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging.
- Support incident resolution and application improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Design, execute, and optimize unit tests and test plans.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and security.
- Efficiently manage bugs, incidents, and issue tracking.
Deployment & Operations
- Contribute to change management, communication, and training.
- Build automated deployment pipelines.
- Support product-mode solutions and maintain smooth operations.
Technologies & Tools
