Job Summary:

Join Medpace, a global clinical contract research organization (CRO), and support IT operations across regional and global offices. You’ll be responsible for user account administration, technical support, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administrate user accounts for network, email, and applications
• Provide IT support to global end-users (hardware, peripherals, copiers, mobile devices, security systems, etc.)
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems
• Respond to IT tickets, calls, emails, and technical support requests
• Document, track, and monitor issues for timely resolution
• Collaborate with regional/global IT teams for escalations and solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT
• 1+ years of experience in IT support/help desk
• Fluent in English (written & verbal)
• Experience with Exchange Server Tools, Office 365, and cloud-based applications is a plus
