Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with developers and end users throughout the software life cycle.
- Perform manual, exploratory, and automated testing.
- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and documentation.
- Participate in peer review of test cases.
- Identify and report software defects and inconsistencies.
- Ensure 100% test coverage by reviewing and analyzing requirement specifications.
- Facilitate execution of acceptance test scripts by end users.
Skills Required:
- Experience in manual testing for complex software applications (automated testing is a plus).
- Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers and end users.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Experience in the regulated healthcare industry is a plus.
