Job Description:
We are looking for a DevOps Support Engineer to manage and maintain infrastructure, automate CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high service availability and reliability. This role requires strong Linux administration skills, cloud experience, and automation expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Provide 24/7 DevOps Support, working in shifts.
✔ Set up and maintain infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement in scalability, availability, and reliability.
✔ Automate CI/CD processes using open-source tools and enhance CI/CD pipeline efficiency.
✔ Monitor infrastructure and running services, taking action on generated alerts.
✔ Administer Linux OS, including storage, file systems, backup, and restore.
✔ Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenStack).
✔ Automate operational and deployment tasks using configuration management tools.
✔ Troubleshoot, debug, and diagnose performance issues across servers and applications.
✔ Mentor and train engineers in DevOps best practices.
Required Skills:
🔹 Experience with configuration management tools (Puppet, Ansible, etc.).
🔹 CI/CD ecosystem expertise (Jenkins, GitHub, etc.).
🔹 Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenStack).
🔹 Server administration (Linux/Ubuntu).
🔹 Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes (writing Docker files, Kubernetes YAML files).
🔹 Troubleshooting & debugging infrastructure and application performance issues.
🔹 Understanding of microservices, web servers, messaging servers, SQL & NoSQL databases.
🔹 Ability to design and deploy highly available, scalable, and disaster recovery (DR) architectures.
