Job Description:

Maersk is seeking an Associate Software Engineer with expertise in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to join its global technology team. This role is ideal for professionals with SAP PM/EAM domain experience who wish to work on S/4HANA implementations in a large-scale enterprise logistics environment. You will be responsible for SAP EAM solution configuration, design, and deployment.

You’ll work in a dynamic, agile-driven team and play a key role in transforming asset management systems for one of the world’s most recognized logistics companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within Maersk’s SAP EAM and finance platform teams to configure and deliver EAM functionality
• Support Agile teams with user story implementation, testing, and deployment
• Develop, test, and execute scripts in SAP EAM/PM/SSAM modules
• Collaborate with architects and senior engineers on solution design
• Support platform practices and delivery frameworks across global teams
• Optimize and deploy SAP S/4HANA EAM processes across global Maersk entities
• Ensure full lifecycle delivery including hypercare support post go-live
• Participate in data migration, integration with SAP FICO, and third-party tools

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SAP EAM and Plant Maintenance
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SSAM
• Knowledge of SAP MM, SAP FICO integration
• Proficiency in asset data migration for SAP systems
• Agile/Scrum delivery methodology experience
• SAP certification in Asset Management or Procurement is preferred
• Understanding of AI/Robotics in asset systems is an advantage
