Job Description:
Lumen Technologies is seeking an Information System Engineer (Support Engineer) to support infrastructure and production applications. The role involves managing incidents, server/application troubleshooting, working in rotational shifts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for technical resolutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot server, application, Java, SQL database, and Linux/Unix-related issues
• Perform rolling bounce of servers during outages or DB thread issues
• Provide infrastructure support for servers, databases, and networks
• Participate in 24x7 rotational on-call support
• Manage tickets as per SLAs, including Tier 2/3 support
• Maintain documentation and create a knowledge base
• Exposure to Jenkins and AppDynamics is a plus

Desired Profile:

• 1–3 years of IT Infrastructure Support experience
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Experience with production application support in Linux/Unix environments
• Comfortable with rotational shift work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
