Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

• Translate business requirements into technical/network capacity needs using data analysis.
• Make technical design, amendment, and improvement decisions with some supervision.
• Complete reporting documentation and follow internal and external standards.
• Schedule and coordinate capacity/network upgrades and communicate with relevant teams.
• Support upgrades, coordinating internal and third-party resources when needed.
• Assist in deploying emergent engineering across development teams.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of infrastructure/network domain tools and technologies.
• Take initiative to learn new technologies and enhance infrastructure-related skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT-related field.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, or technology-based roles.
