Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate significant knowledge of a single or multiple technologies and advise on design, development, and implementation.
• Code Quality: Produce clean, efficient code and review others' code when necessary.
• Workload Management: Handle own workload while promoting an inclusive and open culture.
• Software Development: Demonstrate depth of knowledge and expertise in software development and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your domain.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders and communicate complex information clearly.
• Solution Development: Support the creation of solutions for Epics and implementation tasks, adapting existing patterns to develop robust solutions.
• Continuous Learning: Take the initiative to develop knowledge in technology products and tools through certifications and projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Professional Qualification or Equivalent
• Programming Knowledge: Significant knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Software Development Experience: Moderate experience in software development and delivery.
• Development Technologies: Moderate experience with multiple development technologies and knowledge of best practices.
• Analytical Experience: Some experience in Business and Technical Analysis, Quality Assurance, delivery management, or Emerging Technology and Governance.
• Stakeholder Management: Some experience managing stakeholders.
