Job Description:

LotusFlare, a Silicon Valley cloud-native SaaS leader, is hiring a DevOps Support Engineer to enhance the reliability and performance of its Digital Network Operator® (DNO™) Cloud platform, supporting millions globally.

You will monitor cloud infrastructure, respond to incidents, automate troubleshooting, and collaborate with top engineers building scalable, resilient systems for telecom giants like Deutsche Telekom, T-Mobile, and Singtel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor backend cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Kubernetes)
• Troubleshoot and investigate system issues using logs, metrics, and network analysis
• Develop and improve automation tools for incident response and support processes
• Enhance monitoring and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline improvements and release management
• Draft detailed incident reports and support documentation

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency with Linux administration (Ubuntu preferred) and command-line tools
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP) and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Git and release management processes
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, ELB)
• Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana for observability
• Experience with telco protocols (Camel, MAP, Diameter) a plus
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Terraform, Nginx/OpenResty
• Basic knowledge of Cassandra and PostgreSQL
