Role: Associate Software Engineer (Hybrid)
Location: Bangalore, KA, India
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days in office)

Key Responsibilities

• Understand all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Program, test, and document applications efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and execute existing code to identify and rectify errors.
• Deliver high-quality software products, ensuring they meet required standards.
• Write and execute comprehensive test cases covering functionality, performance, and usability.
• Improve process documentation and systems knowledge.
• Engage actively in agile methodologies and participate in scrum ceremonies.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of core software development concepts, including data structures, object-oriented programming, and n-tier architecture.
• Hands-on experience in writing and debugging unit tests.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows and development tools like issue tracking and source control.
• Understanding of scalable, flexible, and stable architecture principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of frontend and/or backend technologies like HTML, CSS, Angular, React, NodeJS, .NET, Java, Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, JavaScript, Shell, and Python.
• Basic understanding of modularization and object-oriented design principles.
