Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of software development lifecycle: programming, testing, documentation
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code
- Troubleshoot and debug existing software applications
- Develop and execute test cases covering functional, integration, performance, and usability aspects
- Improve process and system documentation
- Participate actively in agile methodologies and scrum ceremonies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Understanding of core software concepts: data structures, OOP, n-tier architecture, unit testing
- Ability to write unit tests and debug code
- Familiarity with Agile workflows and development tools (issue tracking, source control)
- Knowledge of Front End and/or Back End technologies such as HTML, CSS, Angular, React, NodeJS, .Net, Java, Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, JavaScript, Shell, Python is a plus
- Basic understanding of software modularization and object-oriented design
- Good communication and teamwork skills
