About the Role:

As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of Josys’ cloud-native SaaS infrastructure. You will work on incident management, observability, automation, and proactive reliability strategies, while collaborating across DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain SLOs, SLIs, SLAs across services
• Respond to incidents, conduct post-mortems, and drive continuous reliability improvement
• Set up observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic
• Enhance performance through load testing, tuning, and capacity planning
• Implement infrastructure security (Zero Trust, Identity Management, Compliance)
• Use automation (Python, Go, Bash) to streamline operations
• Maintain HA and DR capabilities to meet business continuity goals

• Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
• Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, Datadog
• Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins
• Scripting: Python, Go, Bash
• Security: SOC2, ISO 27001 standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in SRE from Google/Datadog
• Experience with Chaos Engineering and AIOps
• Familiarity with multi-timezone reliability support
• Background in Agile, startup environments
