Why We Need You

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to provide exceptional technical support for our customers and partners. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and customer-facing expertise to troubleshoot complex systems-level software issues.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage & resolve customer support cases, ensuring timely issue tracking and follow-ups.
• Analyze log files & debug issues related to DNS, IP networking, firewalls, SMTP, HTTPS, and load balancers.
• Provide technical support for Microsoft Exchange, O365, Active Directory, MDM (iOS & Android).
• Troubleshoot Linux-based systems and administer LDAP servers.
• Work with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), certificates, and SCEP for security solutions.
• Use SQL queries for database troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Services for issue resolution.
• Maintain Product Support Knowledge Base and assist in knowledge-sharing initiatives.

What You Need

• Excellent communication skills with experience handling triage calls.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting networking issues, security configurations, and cloud environments (Azure, Intune).
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP), multithreading, exception handling, and collections concepts.
• Experience with Linux commands, debugging tools, and enterprise security protocols.
• SQL knowledge (select & join queries) and LDAP administration experience.
