What You’ll Do:

✔ Diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
✔ Optimize application performance for scalability and security.
✔ Debug customer issues and provide effective solutions.
✔ Implement and enforce security best practices.
✔ Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and tech support.
✔ Guide QA/Automation teams to build stable, repeatable test environments.
✔ Mentor team members on debugging techniques and best practices.
✔ Explore opportunities for automation and proactive issue resolution.

Required Skills:

✅ Strong expertise in Java and backend development with Spring Framework & RESTful APIs.
✅ Experience with AWS/Azure services (EKS, Lambda, RDS - Postgres, S3, ELB).
✅ Knowledge of Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, networking, and operating systems.
✅ Hands-on experience with multi-threading, security protocols, Redis, Elasticsearch.
✅ Strong debugging, SQL programming, and performance optimization skills.
✅ Experience with Docker, Jenkins, Chef/Puppet, and CI/CD processes.

Preferred Skills:

✔ Understanding of security & networking concepts (SSL, PKI, HTTP, TCP/IP).
✔ Knowledge of Angular or frontend technologies is a plus.
✔ Familiarity with Python, PowerShell, or other scripting languages.
✔ Experience with observability tools (New Relic, etc.).
✔ Exposure to Kanban Agile methodology.
