🔹 Job Description:

IQVIA is seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator / Software Developer to support Salesforce configuration and operations within its global App Services/Support team. This hybrid role offers the chance to work on high-impact healthcare and life sciences platforms, including L2 support and enhancements on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Handle Salesforce configuration changes, workflows, approvals, and automation
• Support L2-level issues for Engage Applications
• Work on Visualforce, Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
• Write and maintain SOP documentation for daily operations
• Collaborate with global teams across US, EMEA regions
• Perform sandbox refresh, deployment, version control using DevOps tools
• Ensure timely resolution of tickets within SLAs
• Contribute to innovative Salesforce solutions with best practices and security standards
• Exposure to Salesforce Lightning Components is a must

🔹 Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of Salesforce (SFDC) experience in a support or development environment
• Salesforce Certifications in Admin / Developer / Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
• Strong understanding of cloud computing & Salesforce ecosystem
• Experience with tools: Jira, ServiceNow, GitLab, Copado
• Proficient in unit testing, SDLC methodologies, and ITIL processes
• Knowledge of healthcare domain and territory management (added advantage)
• Good communication and incident management skills
• Open to working in rotational shifts (US / EMEA timezone)
